Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We work as your direct production partner: we take your brief, develop samples and manage bulk production, quality checks, packing and export shipping for your order. Tell us about your project and we will explain exactly how it will be produced.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. We make apparel under your brand with your woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons. See private label & OEM.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, fabric and decoration (for example, custom-dyed fabric needs more pieces than stock colours). Send your product and rough quantity and we will confirm the minimum for your exact specification.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend approving a sample for every new style so fabric, fit, colour and branding are confirmed before bulk. See our sampling process.
How does the AI Design Studio work?
Describe your product in your own words — or speak it — and the studio builds a mockup with colours, branding, fabric and a spec sheet. You can adjust every detail, upload your logo and send the design to us for a quotation. Try the AI Design Studio.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, screen printing, DTF (digital) printing, sublimation, heat transfer, chenille patches and woven, rubber or PVC badges. Compare them on decoration methods.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We pack orders for export and ship internationally by air, sea or courier, with the method and delivery terms agreed in your quotation. See packaging & shipping.
Do I need a tech pack to order?
No. A tech pack helps, but a reference photo, a short description and your logo are enough to start. Our tech pack guide explains what to include if you want to prepare one.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on sampling, fabric, decoration and quantity. We confirm a realistic schedule with your quotation and plan backwards from your launch date.
How do I get a price?
Send your design from the AI studio, use the quote form or message us on WhatsApp with the product, quantity, sizes and any logo or reference files.
