Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. A reference photo, a short description and your logo are enough. The AI Design Studio creates a mockup and spec sheet, and we help with the rest.
What is the minimum order for a new brand?
Minimums depend on the product, fabric and decoration, and are set per style and colour. Fabric in available colours and simple decoration keep them lower. Send your products and quantities and we will confirm the minimum before you commit.
Can I get a sample before paying for bulk?
Yes. We recommend a sample for every new style. Sample terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Can you make my labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags, branded polybags and boxes can be made to your designs.
Private label or white label: which is right for me?
