What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, fabric and decoration. Stock fabric colours allow smaller runs than custom-dyed fabric, and some methods (like jacquard knitting) need more pieces. Tell us your product and quantity and we will confirm the minimum for your exact specification.
How do I get a price?
Design your product in the AI Design Studio and send it, fill in the bulk order form, or WhatsApp us with the product, quantity, sizes and any logo or reference files.
What affects the price?
Fabric type and weight, quantity, number of colours and branding positions, decoration method, trims, labels, packaging and shipping method all affect the price. We show these clearly in your quotation.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Give us the split by size and colour and we will plan production and packing accordingly. Minimums per colour may apply.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation before you commit to an order.
Samples & production
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We recommend approving a sample for every new style so fabric, fit, colour and branding are confirmed before bulk. See sampling.
Are samples charged?
Sample terms depend on the product and customization and are confirmed with your quotation.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on sampling, fabric availability, decoration and quantity. We confirm a realistic schedule with your quotation and plan backwards from your launch date.
How do you control quality?
We check materials, production and finished goods against your approved sample and size chart, and we welcome third-party inspection. See quality assurance.
Can I re-order the same product later?
Yes. We keep your approved specification so repeat orders match the original.
Customization & branding
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A tech pack helps, but a reference photo, a short description and your logo are enough to start. Read our tech pack guide.
Which logo file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest embroidery and print. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work to start.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery, 3D puff, screen print, DTF, sublimation, heat transfer, chenille and woven or rubber patches. Compare them on decoration methods.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Send Pantone references and we will match fabric, thread and ink colours and confirm them at sampling.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Your woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging. See private label & OEM.
Can you make a product that is not on your website?
Yes. Describe it in the AI studio or send a reference image and we will confirm what is possible.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We pack orders for export and ship worldwide by courier, air or sea, with the method and terms agreed in your quotation. See packaging & shipping.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
This depends on the shipping terms agreed in your quotation and the rules of your country. We will explain the options when quoting.
Can you pack to my retailer’s or warehouse requirements?
Yes. Send your packing, labelling and carton requirements and we will follow them.
AI Design Studio
Is the AI Design Studio free?
Yes. It is free to use and there is no obligation to order.
What can I type into the studio?
Anything that describes your product — for example “olive zip hoodie with tonal embroidery on the chest, 200 pieces”. It understands products, colours per part, text, graphics, positions, decoration methods, fabrics, weights, fits, sizes and quantities.
Is the mockup exactly what I will receive?
The mockup is a concept to agree the design. Exact colours, fabric, placement and sizing are confirmed with a physical sample before bulk.
Can I save or share my design?
Yes. Your latest design is saved in your browser, and you can copy a share link or download the mockup image.
